ORDERS / CONTRACT

ORDER CANCELLATION

DELIVERY/RISK/RISK
Products can be shipped to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be shipped to the place you have indicated in the Order Form by courier service. For orders of products that are oversized , the shipment is made by courier service. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

The ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment and the risk is transferred upon delivery.

SAVE
In the case of a distance contract with a consumer, withdrawal is only possible within 14 days of receipt. In the case of a valid withdrawal, in order to refund all your money, the product must be delivered to our headquarters at the expense of the sender at the headquarters of ''MARGARITA KAZI'' (118 Paraskevopoulou, Athens), be in its original packaging ( closed packaging ) and condition, and meet the other conditions set by law and the general terms of our store. If the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing, then the consumer can ask for the product to be repaired or replaced or for a price reduction or cancellation of the contract and a full refund of the amount paid. REFUNDS
Returns are accepted provided that:
- You have contacted our online store within 2 days of receipt of the product.
- The products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, i.e. they are in their original (factory) condition.
- The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. If you send via courier, you must:
1.Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
2.Place inside the package you have made a document in which you provide us with the way you wish to resolve the outstanding financial issue, if the product is deemed suitable for return.
3.Send the parcel.
Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
